Universal chassis with front and rear extension.

With the Box Liner SDC 27 eLTU5 Plus, containers in the sizes 1 x 40‘ (with tunnel), 1 x 45‘ with tunnel, 2 x 20‘, 1 x 20‘ in middle (up to 30 to.) as well as 1 x 30‘ container flush with rear can be transported. An option for 40‘/45‘ containers without tunnel is available

Position 45' with extended rear

Simple front extension operation

The front extension of the Box Liner eLTU5 Plus can be simply operated via a central locking mechanism. Here, too, a spring-balanced roller bearing is mounted.

Variable front locking mechanism

The front container locking mechanism with the Box Liner eLTU5 Plus can be adjusted for containers with and without tunnel as well as straight or angled corners.

Folding supports

Folding container supports are provided for containers without a tunnel.

Pneumatic rear extension

The rear extension can be pneumatically extended and retracted at the push of a button.

Well designed rear extension

Spring washers serve for relieving during the shifting movement of the slide-out rear, that slides easily over rollers when moving in and out.

Fold-out underrun protection

The fold-out underrun protection makes it possible to transport 45’ containers and is operated manually.
