Well designed front wall

The front wall has been designed to be aerodynamic. The coupling support provides light and air connections on two levels.

Optimal tightness

The steel rear door closes perfectly giving the best possible tightness. Internal turn-rod locks make a completely smooth outer surface possible.

Raised rear beam

As an alternative, a rear beam positioned high up is available for the Dry Liner. This means that the through loading height of the rear gantry corresponds to the internal height of the box body.

Transparent plastic roof

The transparent plastic roof offers better visibility for loading and unloading work. Optionally, only partial segments of this execution can be used.

Secured door locks

With a lockable solid stainless-steel flap, the locks on the rear doors can be completely secured.

Variable internal fittings

The Dry Liner is fitted with key hole plates as standard in the steel box body variant.

Plywood side walls

The Dry Liner with plywood side walls provides you with completely smooth wall surfaces on the inside of the vehicle. Additional fittings, such as additional scouring strips or strapping rails are mounted on its surface.

Fresh goods logistics with insulated box body know-how

The dry freight logistics world takes on a new dimension with a 30 mm thick Duoplex steel side wall panel. Recessed double-deck guide rails and lashing rails facilitate high transport efficiency and the best possible load securing.

Rugged cargo area

The 300 mm tall socket scouring strip and the 30 mm thick perforated floor provide stability and high load-bearing strength. As with all our Dry Liners, the floor is laid between the longitudinal beams and can be equipped with a wear plate on the rear for extreme ramp traffic.

Dry Liner Furniture

Designed for the very purpose, is the Dry Liner Furniture. Its command steering makes it more manoeuvrable in inner-city traffic than many solo HGV´s. Bespoke equipment such as felt panelling and smooth floor surfaces ensure the safe transportation of high quality furniture. Optional strapping rail versions as well as strapping rings set into the floor ensure that you can properly secure your load in any position desired.
