The universal chassis with pneumatic rear extension.

With the Box Liner SDC 27 eLTU5-2, containers in the sizes 1 x 40‘ (with tunnel), 1 x 45‘ with tunnel, 2 x 20‘, 1 x 20‘ in middle (up to 30 to.) as well as 1 x 30‘ container flush with rear can be transported. An option for 40‘/45‘ containers without tunnel is available.

Position 45' with extended rear

With the Box Liner SDC 27 eLTU5-2, containers in the sizes 1 x 40‘ (with tunnel), 1 x 45‘ with tunnel, 2 x 20‘, 1 x 20‘ in middle (up to 30 to.) as well as 1 x 30‘ container flush with rear can be transported.

Extension operation is simple

The rear extension is locked with a lever. Pictograms indicate the required locking position for the operator. The rear extension is operated pneumatically.

Pneumatic rear extension

The rear extension can be pneumatically extended and retracted at the push of a button.

Fold-out underrun protection

The fold-out underrun protection makes it possible to transport 45’ containers and is operated manually.

Folding lock mechanisms

The folding lock mechanisms ensure easy and convenient conversion from 40’ to 2 x 20’

Standard front beam

The front beam is designed for locking tunnel containers and containers without a tunnel. The container stops are removable.

Rear suitable for ramps

The Box Liner has strong steel ram buffers at the rear. The lighting support and underride protection must be replaced separately in the event of damage.
