KRONE Sliding Roof

Diagonal bracing is not necessary when you use the new KRONE Sliding Roof as the external beam here is specially reinforced.

Double collision protection

Protection and stability is given with a chassis pulled up at the front and the plywood rebound plate screwed to the front wall.

Sturdy three-component front wall

Made of steel, it is securely screwed onto the frame. The roof height can be selected from 2,575 to 2,800 mm.

Board wall equipment

The Profi Liner is available either as a curtain semitrailer or alternatively, as an open box with board walls.

Double-deck superstructure

Five pairs of centre posts divide the superstructure into six fields. The twelve loading beams with a hole pattern along the longitudinal side will hold 23 transverse beams which result in an additional 33 pallet spaces on the second level.

The Profi Liner City is tailored to these demands: a robust chassis, low-maintenance and quick response one-bar forced steering form the basis for this.

Profi Liner TIR

Flexibility in International Transport. Designed for the requirements of freight forwarders operating within and outside the European Union, KRONE has optimised the Profi Liner TIR even further. Curtain cramps in customs version on the outside frames, as well as bespoke solutions in locking technology prevent unauthorised opening of the cargo compartment. With the board wall body, the curtain buckles remain in the curtain retainer of the board wall. The same technology is also used for the customs version lock on the Mega Liner.
